Description
For a cheese plant processing 2,000–5,000 L of milk per shift, Milberg makes industrial equipment for the entire process chain, from milk reception to pressing.
The cheese-making section uses double-O cheese vats from 1,250 to 5,000 L with electric or steam heating. Milk reception and metering is handled by SPM stations with capacities from 500 to 20,000 L/h, pasteurization by tubular pasteurizers from 500 to 20,000 L/h, and storage by tanks of up to 50,000 L. They are linked by milk pumps and pipework, and the process is run from a control cabinet.
The line composition — layout, capacity, automation — is calculated by our dairy process engineer for your cheeses and your site.
Price from €11,200. The final cost depends on the configuration, technical specifications and the tasks the equipment is selected for: volume and capacity, heating type, level of automation and options. Write or call us — our process engineer will select a suitable option and prepare a quotation within one business day.
