Description
The milk reception and metering station receives milk at the plant in-line: it measures the volume with a flow meter to an accuracy of ±0.5%, and filters and cools the milk before processing. Milberg produces stations with capacities from 500 to 20,000 L/h (models SPM-5…SPM-20), complete with a pump, flow meter, heat exchanger and filter; versions to your technical specification are possible. Product-contact parts are stainless steel.

What capacity is available?
From 500 to 20,000 L/h: the standard models SPM-5, SPM-10, SPM-15 and SPM-20 cover 5,000–20,000 L/h, and smaller volumes start from 500 L/h.
How accurately does it measure volume?
The volume measurement error is ±0.5%. Milk temperature ranges from +4 to +60 °C.
What does the station include?
A pump, flow meter, heat exchanger and filter. The composition can be changed to your specification.
Is there an option for a small farm?
Yes, for example a mobile cart with a pump, filter and meter. Tell us your reception volume and we will suggest an option.
