Description

Cheese moulds set the size and shape of the cheese wheel and drain whey through their perforations. Milberg manufactures moulds from AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade plastic: round, square and rectangular, in any size to suit your recipe and wheel weight, from a single piece. The moulds can be used with or without a press, including for self-pressing cheeses.
