Dairy processing in Kazakhstan is growing fast, and private producers are increasingly choosing equipment from Russian manufacturers. One such private producer came to us for a continuous-flow pasteurization solution: milk intake had grown so much that batch pasteurization in vats could no longer keep pace with reception.
In June 2019 the customer received a TT-4000 continuous-flow tubular pasteurizer with a capacity of 4,000 litres per hour. Unlike a vat, a tubular unit treats milk in a continuous flow: the product passes through tubular sections, is heated to pasteurization temperature, held and sent on down the line without intermediate tanks.
Continuous flow fundamentally changes the rhythm of production: milk is pasteurized in parallel with reception, without tying up tanks for hours of holding and cooling. The tubular design withstands pressure fluctuations and is easier to maintain than plate-type equivalents, which matters for a site without a large team of mechanics.
The export shipment came with documents for clearance in Kazakhstan and detailed installation instructions. The producer gained capacity with room to spare — and the ability to buy more milk from local farms without hitting a pasteurization bottleneck.
