Description
It pays for a farm to process part of its milk itself: cheese, butter and tvorog (quark) sell for more than raw milk, while skim milk and whey go to feeding calves.
The basic set: a milk cooling tank right after milking, a VDP batch pasteurizer and a cream separator. Then, depending on the products: a cheese vat with a press and moulds, a butter churn for the cream, a curd vat. For the calf barn, a milk taxi that prepares, pasteurizes and delivers milk or milk replacer.
Family farms already work with our equipment: a VDP-150 to start processing, VS-150 and VSAP-300 cheese vats, an MI-700 butter churn, MT-100 and MT-200 milk taxis.
Price from €11,200. The final cost depends on the configuration, technical specifications and the tasks the equipment is selected for: volume and capacity, heating type, level of automation and options. Write or call us — our process engineer will select a suitable option and prepare a quotation within one business day.

FAQ
Where should on-farm processing start?
With cooling and pasteurization, then one product — cheese, butter or tvorog. The rest is added once sales are established.
What separator does a farm need?
Usually an open-type separator, as it is cheaper and does not require closed pipework with CIP cleaning.
What can be done with skim milk and whey?
They are used to feed calves; the milk taxi prepares milk or milk replacer and delivers it around the calf barn.
Can I get just the equipment, without a building?
Yes. We supply a set of equipment for your premises, or a modular sandwich-panel plant with the equipment installed and piped, utilities and ventilation, which is placed on a foundation and connected.
How much does a farm set cost?
Prices for a set start from €11,200. The final price depends on the scope, volumes and degree of automation. Our dairy process engineer will select equipment for your product, and we will prepare a quotation within one working day.
Where is this equipment already in operation?
Our website describes 5 projects with this equipment. Regions: Sakhalin Region, Tula Region, Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, Tyumen Region, Rostov Region. Customers: family farm, private producer. See the "Projects with this equipment" block and the Projects section.
