In June 2025 a family dairy farm from the Tyumen Region received an MI-700 batch butter churn from us — the unit with which full-scale cream processing began on the customer's site. Before this purchase, the farm sold its surplus cream because it simply had nothing to churn butter on: low-capacity units could not cope with the volumes produced by the growing herd. The MI-700 with a working capacity of 700 litres solves the task in a single load — it holds cream accumulated over several milkings. The technology of a batch butter churn has been refined over decades: cream is churned in a rotating drum until butter grains form, then the buttermilk is separated and the grains are washed and worked into a uniform mass. All operations take place in one unit, the product is not exposed to the environment longer than necessary, and the stainless steel drum is easy to clean between cycles. The farm now produces butter under its own name and sells it directly instead of handing raw material to processors. We built the unit at our factory in Yekaterinburg, carried out factory tests and delivered the equipment to the customer on the agreed date — together with the equipment passport, instructions and recommendations on churning modes for cream of different fat content.
