Description

Packers and processors receive butter in 20–25 kg blocks. To pack it into wrapped blocks or packs, the butter block is shredded, plasticized and fed to packing, or cut into bars with wires.

Milberg makes the whole chain: a block crusher and an ISM butter shredder, a GM butter homogenizer for plasticizing, a crystallizer heat exchanger for direct packing from the butter-making machine, a USR-11 wire cutter for butter blocks, FMB packing machines and a carton packing machine.

These machines operate at butter processors across Russia and in Kazakhstan, from Moscow and Saratov to Chelyabinsk and Rostov.

It plasticizes the butter after the block is shredded, so the packing machine forms neat blocks.
