Description

The carton packing machine packs butter, spread or margarine as 20 or 25 kg blocks into film-lined cartons, directly from the butter-making machine or from a hopper. Screws dose a set mass of product into the film-lined carton and compact it; the machine runs in semi-automatic mode and is operated by one person. Block weight and options are made to suit your production; product-contact parts are food-grade stainless steel.

Milberg can build the machine to order for your production, with a different butter block weight or additional options. You can therefore choose the most economical version for your plant by leaving out the extra options and taking the standard configuration. Available options: pneumatic knife, automatic carton pusher, table with a weighing platform.

The machine consists of a hopper with screws that feed the butter and a table where the product is packed into cartons. It is made of food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 or 12Kh18N10T), which ensures safe contact with food and a long service life.
