Description
A plant handling 1,000–3,000 L of milk per day is already a line: milk is received and metered, held in tanks, separated and pasteurized in-line, and products are filled in batches.
Reception: an SPM milk reception station with a flow meter, filter and cooling. Buffer storage: milk cooling tanks and stainless steel tanks. Pasteurization: a tubular pasteurizer (from 500 L/h) or a VDP-1000. Cultured dairy products are fermented in VDP vats and other vats, and tvorog (quark) in VT curd vats. Milk pumps transfer product between vessels, and filling is done by the UD-2.
The plant can also run on reconstituted powdered milk, with a reconstitution unit; a dairy plant in Moscow has bought such a unit from us.
Price from €11,200. The final cost depends on the configuration, technical specifications and the tasks the equipment is selected for: volume and capacity, heating type, level of automation and options. Write or call us — our process engineer will select a suitable option and prepare a quotation within one business day.

FAQ
VDP or tubular pasteurizer?
Up to 1,000 L in batches, a VDP is convenient; for continuous flow and large volumes, a tubular pasteurizer. See the article "VDP or tubular pasteurizer" for details.
How is milk received?
The SPM reception station measures the volume with an accuracy of ±0.5%, filters and cools the milk.
Can the plant run on powdered milk?
Yes, with a powdered milk reconstitution unit.
Can I get just the equipment, without a building?
Yes. We supply a set of equipment for your premises, or a modular sandwich-panel plant with the equipment installed and piped, utilities and ventilation, which is placed on a foundation and connected.
How much does a milk processing line cost?
Prices for a set start from €11,200. The final price depends on the scope, volumes and degree of automation. Our dairy process engineer will select equipment for your product, and we will prepare a quotation within one working day.
