Description
The powdered milk reconstitution unit dissolves powdered milk, juice concentrates or powders in water in-line and produces a liquid product with a set fat content. It is used when there is not enough raw milk, most often in autumn and winter. The Milberg module consists of a tank, a mixer for the dry and liquid components, a food pump, pipework and a control panel; control is manual or automatic.
The modular powdered milk reconstitution unit is designed to reconstitute powdered milk (or juices) and obtain liquid milk with a set fat content in-line. During reconstitution, the powder or liquid components are introduced into the flow.
