A manufacturing company in Kazakhstan decided to switch from batch pasteurization in vats to continuous-flow pasteurization: intake volumes had grown, heating in vats could no longer keep up with milk reception, and it had become the bottleneck of the whole workshop.
We equipped the area with a PT-2000 continuous-flow tubular pasteurizer paired with a milk pump. The tubular design holds the temperature profile well in continuous flow: milk passes through the heating sections without large volumes lingering in the hot zone, which is gentler on the flavour and protein composition of the product. The pump was matched to the pasteurizer's capacity, so the pair works in step, without air locks or flow surges.
Delivery took place in September 2024; shipping to Kazakhstan and EAEU formalities were handled according to our well-established procedure, with no surprises for the customer. Both items arrived in a single shipment, ready for pipework connection on site.
The plant gained a continuous heat-treatment section: raw milk is pasteurized in-line immediately after reception, and the vats previously tied up with heating have been freed for other operations. For a growing business, this is a case where one pairing of two items reshapes the logic of the whole workshop — from the reception schedule to shift planning.
