The semi-automatic extruder portions butter, margarine and spread into pieces: screws push the product through a die into a continuous bar, and wires cut it into portions. The shape of the piece — rectangular, round or profiled — is set by the die, for example 7×7 cm for 500 g. Output is from 100 to 2,000 kg of butter per shift; it suits farms, small workshops and small lines. It runs on 380 V or 220 V mains and does not require a highly qualified setup technician.
The unit consists of a hopper with screws and a conveyor. The size and number of pieces are adjustable. Product-contact parts are made of food-grade AISI 304 or 12Kh18N10T stainless steel. Thanks to its simple design and high output, the unit pays for itself quickly.
Price from €5,600. The final cost depends on the configuration, technical specifications and the tasks the equipment is selected for: volume and capacity, heating type, level of automation and options. Write or call us — our process engineer will select a suitable option and prepare a quotation within one business day.
