Logistics to the Russian Far East is a test for any equipment delivery, but geography has long ceased to be a limitation for Milberg. In May 2023 a production company from Primorsky Krai received a USHPR-01 screw butter feeder.
The company produces butter and had run up against a manual operation: the finished product from the butter churn had to be transferred to packing by hand. The screw unit removed this bottleneck — it takes in the butter mass and feeds it evenly and without breaks to the packing equipment, preserving the structure and density of the product.
All product-contact surfaces are made of food-grade stainless steel, and the assemblies can be dismantled for cleaning — sanitation between shifts takes minimal time. The unit's dimensions were agreed in advance so that it would fit into the tight space of the operating workshop without rearranging the other equipment.
Shipment to Primorsky Krai was organized with the long transport distance in mind: reinforced packaging, complete delivery set and a connection diagram that local specialists used to carry out the installation. The plant gained a continuous flow of butter from churning to packing and relieved its staff of heavy manual work. This delivery confirmed that the distance to the customer affects neither lead times nor completeness of supply.
