Packing butter by hand is a bottleneck for any growing business: blocks come out uneven in weight, and packing takes hours of work. A private producer from Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra came to us with exactly this problem: its own butter dairy was already running steadily, but the finished product was still packed by hand, and the packing section was holding back the whole workshop.
In June 2026 we supplied the customer with a pair of machines: a USHPR-01 screw butter feeder and a semi-automatic extruder for butter portioning. The screw unit takes the butter block and feeds it evenly into the packing unit, and the extruder forms blocks of consistent weight and shape — the operator only has to wrap them in the prepared wrapper.
The equipment was selected so that it would fit into the existing room without rebuilding the workshop and run on a standard power supply. Both machines are made of food-grade stainless steel, can be dismantled for washing and are designed for daily sanitation — for a butter dairy this is a mandatory requirement, not a wish.
As a result, the packing section no longer depends on manual labour: the product moves in a single flow from feeding to the finished block, portion weights stay within set limits, and the neat look of the packaging has become an argument in negotiations with local retailers. In a northern region where shipping in products is expensive, being able to pack your own butter locally is a direct competitive advantage.
