An export project for butter-making equipment was completed in December 2025: a manufacturing company from Kazakhstan was launching a butter section and ordered a pair of machines — an MI-200 batch butter churn and a USHPR-01 screw butter feeder. A complete chain was important to the customer. The MI-200 churns cream into butter grains, separates the buttermilk and works the butter mass to the required moisture content, after which the finished butter has to be transferred to packing without manual labour. This is the job of the screw unit — it takes the product from the butter churn and feeds it evenly to the packing equipment without damaging the butter's texture. Before shipment both machines underwent trial assembly and running-in at the Milberg site, and the set was accompanied by equipment passports and instructions for on-site commissioning. Delivery to Kazakhstan was organized with customs clearance taken into account — for the customer the export part went through without unnecessary red tape. As a result, the company got a compact butter workshop where manual operations are reduced to loading cream and receiving packed product. The 200-litre capacity of the MI-200 allows work in small batches and flexible recipe changes — from traditional sweet cream butter to products with fillers.
