The "Drunken barrel" tumble mixer evenly blends free-flowing dry powders and granules: the drum moves in several directions, so blend homogeneity can exceed 99.9% and the fill factor reaches 0.9 (0.4–0.6 for conventional mixers). The blend does not segregate by fraction, granules are not broken, the sealed drum prevents contamination, and the finished blend discharges by gravity without residue. Classic (2D) and 3D versions are available; the mixer is used in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and in laboratories.

Yes. Can additives be mixed into pastes and curd masses?
Yes, producers use our mixer this way: in the Novosibirsk Region an SPB-50 mixes spices, herbs and paprika into cheeses and tvorog (quark) products, and in Moscow it mixes additives into butter pastes. The product is mixed by tumbling, without intensive mechanical action, so the structure of the mass is preserved.
