In March 2024 a craft dairy producer from Krasnodar Krai equipped two production lines at once with Milberg — cheese and butter. The supply included a VS-300 cheese vat, a manual curd harp for cutting the coagulum and an MI-100 batch butter churn.
The VS-300 cheese vat became the heart of the workshop: in the 300 L vessel milk is pasteurized, cooled to the renneting temperature and coagulated — the whole cycle takes place in one vat without unnecessary transfers. The heat-transfer jacket and precise temperature control make it possible to produce both quick fresh cheeses and semi-hard aged varieties.
The manual curd harp complements the cheese vat in a key operation — cutting the coagulum. Uniform cheese grains directly determine the moisture and texture of the finished cheese, so a convenient tool is as important here as the vat itself.
The MI-100 butter churn covers the second line: the cream left over after separating and standardizing the milk is churned into butter. For a small producer this is a way to turn a by-product of the cheese workshop into a product line of its own.
As a result the customer received a compact but complete-cycle workshop: milk reception, cheese making and butter production — on food-grade stainless steel equipment designed for daily operation over many years.
