The export geography of Ural engineering is not limited to Russia. In October 2020 a manufacturing company from Uzbekistan received a set of butter-making equipment from us: an MI-320 batch butter churn and a USHPR-01 screw butter feeder. The customer was setting up industrial butter production and was choosing equipment to cover both churning and transfer of the finished product to packing. The MI-320 with a working capacity of 320 litres runs the full batch cycle: churning cream, separating buttermilk, washing and working the butter mass. The USHPR-01 unit takes the finished butter and feeds it evenly by screw to the next section — without manual transfer. The pair of machines eliminated the least hygienic link in production — moving butter by hand between operations. The product follows a closed route from the butter churn to packing, which directly affects both the sanitary condition of the workshop and the speed of the shift's work. Delivery to Uzbekistan was completed with a full set of accompanying documents for customs clearance. For us this project confirms that Milberg equipment is competitive in Central Asian markets too, where equipment faces strict requirements for reliability and ease of maintenance.
