Repeat orders are the most honest assessment of a supplier, and this is one such case. A private producer from the Voronezh Region first came to us in December 2023: to launch its butter-making section, the farm was supplied with an MI-200 batch butter churn and a cooking kettle. The 200-litre MI-200 took over the main process — churning cream into butter, separating buttermilk, washing and working the butter grains. The cooking kettle complemented the range: the customer uses it to make ghee (clarified butter) and to heat-treat dairy mixes, expanding the range beyond classic butter. The equipment went into operation without difficulty, and already in 2024 the farm came back to us with a second contract — two supply contracts concluded in just two years of cooperation. For an equipment manufacturer this is the best indicator: a customer who has once launched our equipment comes back for more when production grows. Today the Voronezh farm processes cream into butter on its own site and is gradually increasing processing volumes.
