Repeat business is the most honest indicator of equipment quality. In March 2026 a manufacturing company from Kazakhstan signed its second supply contract with the Milberg factory: both contracts fell in 2026, and the customer made the decision on the new purchase based on real operating experience with the first batch of equipment.

The goal of the second stage was to expand milk processing in three directions at once: processed cheeses, tvorog (quark) products and butter. A set of three machines was selected for this: an SP-30 cheese melter for cooking processed cheeses and cheese spreads, a UPT-200 curd pressing and cooling unit, and a GM GLV-500 butter homogenizer.

The cheese melter handles the key operation of melting the cheese mass with fillers and spices, the UPT-200 brings tvorog to the required moisture content and a dense texture without manual work under a press, and the homogenizer gives butter a uniform, plastic consistency that matters both for packing and for the product's appearance on the shelf.

The export shipment went out with a full set of accompanying documents for Kazakhstan. For the company this means that three new product lines are launched on equipment from a single manufacturer — with a uniform approach to servicing and a single point of responsibility for the whole set. A repeat contract within one year speaks for itself: the equipment from the first delivery has confirmed its stated performance in daily operation.
