An agricultural cooperative from the Irkutsk Region has been working with the factory for several years: the first contract was signed in December 2020, and in 2023 the cooperative came back for the next delivery. For an equipment manufacturer, a repeat order after three years of operation is the most honest recommendation.
The core of the delivery was an MI-1000 batch butter churn — a unit with a capacity of 1,000 litres of cream for making butter by the classic churning method. The rotating drum churns the cream into butter grains, followed by washing and working into a uniform mass. The batch method produces butter with a dense texture and traditional taste — exactly what buyers of farm products value.
Together with the butter churn, the cooperative received a USHPR-01 screw butter feeder: it takes the finished butter and feeds it on to further processing and packing, eliminating heavy manual work transferring product between operations.
The cooperative model in dairy is simple: farms deliver milk, and the cooperative processes it and sells the finished product. The more reliably the equipment works, the more confident all participants in the chain feel — and the repeat contract of 2023 shows that this reliability is well in place in the Irkutsk Region.
