Launching cheese production starts with choosing the cheese vat — both the product range and product consistency depend on it. A production company from the Chelyabinsk Region opted for a VS-600 cheese vat, which our factory delivered in February 2018.

A capacity of 600 L is a solid mid-size format: it is enough to make commercial batches of semi-hard and soft cheeses, while the vat can still be operated by a single cheese maker. The heat-transfer jacket provides smooth, even heating without burn-on, which is critical when working with milk coagulum, and the cutting tool produces calibrated cheese grains.

Besides cheese making, the vat is used for milk pasteurization and for making cultured dairy products — for a growing business this versatility means the equipment is in use throughout the shift rather than standing idle between batches.
