Kazakhstan has been part of the Milberg factory's export footprint for a number of years, and one such project was equipping a manufacturing company that is developing its own cheese line and was looking for equipment able to handle the full make in a single unit.
In September 2018 a VS-150 cheese vat was shipped to the customer in Kazakhstan. The 150-litre unit combines milk pasteurization, holding the temperatures for coagulation and stirring the curd grains in one body — the full make without additional equipment.
For a company launching cheese production, this layout lowers the entry threshold: there is no need to link up separate tanks or transfer hot product by hand. Programmed control of the temperature steps makes it possible to reproduce recipes for semi-hard and soft cheeses with consistent results.
The shipment came with a full set of documents for export to Kazakhstan, and delivery from Yekaterinburg to the customer's site was organized without the customer having to deal with logistics. The equipment shares the same design logic as the factory's other machines, so when production expands the customer can add to its equipment without changing supplier or retraining staff.
