For a manufacturing company from Kazakhstan we put together a pair of units for two product lines at once: a UPT-300 curd pressing and cooling unit and a UFSN cheese string forming unit.
The UFSN handles the key operation in producing chechil and braided cheese — stretching and forming an even cheese string from cheddared curd. By hand this operation is labour-intensive and inconsistent in string thickness, whereas the machine gives the same calibre, which means uniform salting and even smoking of the finished product. For cheese snacks, which are sold by the piece and judged by appearance, this directly affects how the shelf looks.
The UPT-300 took over the tvorog (quark) line: cooling and pressing tvorog in a single unit brings the product to the required moisture content without extra transfers, gently treating the curd structure and maintaining the cold chain.
The equipment was shipped in October 2020; both items are standard production models, so delivery to Kazakhstan was completed quickly. With a single purchase the company covered two product lines at once: cheese snacks, which perform well in retail, and classic tvorog for everyday demand. Such matched sets are a strength of the Milberg factory: the equipment is selected from the outset to be compatible in terms of product flow and sanitary requirements.
