A private producer from the Chuvash Republic processes milk from its own smallholding and from neighbouring farms. When cream volumes grew, churning butter by household methods became impossible — a professional butter churn was needed, designed for daily operation without breakdowns or quirks. In August 2023 the customer was sent an 80-litre MI-80 batch butter churn. The machine runs the full cycle: churning cream to butter grains, draining buttermilk, washing the grains and working the butter mass. The operator monitors the process through the sight window and controls the cycle without complex automation — the optimal level of equipment for a small producer. The 80-litre capacity was chosen to match the actual flow of raw material: the churn is loaded fully and runs without idle cycles, and if milk purchases grow it can handle a greater load through several churnings a day. Today the farm sells its own butter on the local market — a product made from fresh cream on the day of churning. The equipment, built at our factory in Yekaterinburg, reached Chuvashia within the standard time and was started up by the customer on its own following our instructions — the machine's design makes this possible.
