The factory's export geography developed gradually, and Kazakhstan holds a prominent place in it. In June 2019 a manufacturing company from Kazakhstan received an MI-400 batch butter churn — a unit for making butter by churning. A drum for 400 litres of cream is the format for a producer that has outgrown a mini-workshop but is not chasing industrial volumes: several churning cycles can be run on such a unit per shift, giving consistent batches of butter for regular shipments, and as production grows the unit stays in service as an additional machine. Batch churning technology has been proven over decades: cream is churned in a rotating drum to butter grains, followed by washing and working into a uniform mass with a standardized moisture content. Butter made this way has a dense texture and a classic creamy taste — and buyers vote for it with repeat purchases. Kazakhstan's dairy market is developing actively, and local producers increasingly order equipment directly from manufacturers: the single customs territory of the EAEU simplifies delivery, and direct contact with the manufacturer settles questions of spare parts and process advice for years ahead.
