Siberian dairy processing has traditionally been strong in butter making, and the request from a manufacturing company in the Novosibirsk Region was specific: a mid-size butter churn for producing butter in regular batches. In September 2024 an MI-400 batch butter churn was shipped to the company. The machine with a working capacity of 400 litres covers the full cycle: churning cream to butter grains, draining buttermilk, washing and mechanically working the butter mass to the required moisture content. The drum rotation modes are set so that the churning stage and the working stage can each run at its own optimal pace. Before shipment, the installation dimensions and connection diagram were agreed with the company's dairy process engineer, and the equipment was run in at the Milberg factory. Together with the machine, the customer received an equipment passport, recommendations on operating modes and advisory support during the first production cycles. For the company, the MI-400 has become the core of the butter workshop: the machine's capacity allows accumulated cream to be processed in one or two loads per shift and butter quality — moisture content, density and taste — to be kept consistent without depending on the manual skills of a particular operator. A capacity reserve has been left for future growth in processing volumes.
