Craft butter from Krasnodar Krai is a product in good demand: local raw material, short delivery distances and loyal regional retail. The private producer that came to us was developing exactly such a brand and had hit a ceiling: its existing equipment could not keep up with processing the cream it bought, and manual operations ate up a significant part of each shift. We offered an MI-320 batch butter churn — a drum for 320 litres of cream per cycle with adjustable rotation modes. The batch principle matters here: it allows classic churning with control of the butter grains at every stage, which gives the very "craft" texture and taste for which buyers are willing to pay more than for a product from a continuous line. The machine was delivered in September 2025. The drum and product-contact surfaces are made of food-grade stainless steel, and sanitation between batches takes minimal time — essential for a small business working a single shift. As a result, the producer processes cream in larger batches, keeps the consistency and moisture content of the finished butter stable and passes inspections without stress: a full set of documentation was provided with the equipment. Most importantly, the production bottleneck no longer holds back sales.
