The tough logistics of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic are no reason to give up modern equipment. In September 2023 a manufacturing company from this region received an MI-250 batch butter churn from us. The customer's goal is to process local cream into butter for the regional market. Bringing finished butter into remote areas is expensive and slow, so local butter making is a rational solution: the raw material is nearby, the product is fresh and the transport leg is minimal. The MI-250 with a working capacity of 250 litres was the right scale: the unit churns cream to butter grains, separates the buttermilk, washes the grains and brings them to a dense, uniform mass — the whole cycle in a single food-grade stainless steel drum. A design without complex automation is reliable in operation, which is especially important where a service engineer cannot arrive the next day. We built the equipment in Yekaterinburg, carried out factory tests, packed it carefully for a long multimodal journey and sent it to the customer with a full set of documentation. The unit arrived intact and went into operation — further confirmation that geography is no limitation for our factory: equipment travels even to places where cargo takes weeks to arrive.
