A small private producer from the Belgorod Region is developing farm butter production and in January 2024 purchased an MI-200 batch butter churn from Milberg. For a small workshop, a batch butter churn is the optimal solution: one machine performs the whole cycle, from churning cream to washing and working the butter grains. The 200-litre capacity makes it possible to process cream accumulated over one or two days of milk intake and produce fresh batches without freezing raw material. The body and the rotating working drum are made of food-grade stainless steel and are easy to wash between cycles — for a small team this greatly simplifies sanitation. The machine is simple to operate and staff training takes minimal time: even the first batches come out at marketable quality. The customer received the equipment on the agreed date together with recommendations on churning modes for cream of different fat content — summer and winter. The producer can now consistently make sweet cream and cultured cream butter under its own brand, focusing on local demand, farmers' markets and small shops in the region. As a next step, the customer is considering packing equipment from the same range.
