The story of this delivery began in March 2018 — one of the telling butter-making projects in our home Sverdlovsk Region. A private producer was launching its own butter dairy and was choosing the key unit of the section — the butter churn around which all the work would be organized. The choice fell on the MI-200 batch butter churn with a working capacity of 200 litres. The machine runs the classic batch cycle: churning cream to butter grains, draining buttermilk, washing the grains and working the butter mass to the required moisture content and consistency of finished butter. For a private producer, 200 litres is the sweet spot: one load gives a full commercial batch, while the unit does not require industrial-scale power supply or floor space. Process control is simple, and a single operator can run the machine without lengthy special training. The manufacturer's proximity worked in the customer's favour: the equipment was delivered directly from Yekaterinburg, and start-up took place with support from the factory's specialists. Butter made from fresh local cream found its buyers in the Ural market, and the delivery itself became an example of how a compact butter dairy is built around one correctly chosen machine.
