Butter remains one of the most sought-after dairy products, and a manufacturing company from Kazakhstan decided to add it to its range without building a separate workshop from scratch. The MI-200 batch butter churn suited this task. With 200 litres of cream per cycle, the machine covers the needs of a compact butter section: churning, washing the butter grains and working the butter take place in a single drum, and the operator only has to monitor the process and unload the finished butter. The body and working surfaces are food-grade stainless steel, and rotation modes are adjusted to the fat content and temperature of the cream. The equipment was shipped in September 2024. Milberg has well-established logistics for deliveries to Kazakhstan within the EAEU, so the time from payment to start-up at the customer's site was the shortest possible for this type of equipment, and all the approval documentation was handed over together with the machine. The company launched butter production from its own raw material: cream that used to be sold to others is now turned into a product under its own brand and with its own margin. At the same time, the batch butter churn leaves room for experimentation — from classic sweet cream butter to cultured cream butter made with starter cultures, and all these modes are worked out on the same machine without additional investment.
