Back in April 2018 we shipped an MI-200 batch butter churn to Kazakhstan — this delivery to a manufacturing company can be considered one of the telling examples in our export practice. The customer was developing milk processing and wanted to add its own butter to its range. The requirements were simple: a reliable unit of reasonable size that would not need complex maintenance or special skills from staff — and the equipment also had to get through delivery and import into the neighbouring country without problems. The MI-200 with a working capacity of 200 litres was an exact fit. The full cycle — churning cream, separating buttermilk, washing the butter grains and working the butter mass — takes place in a single rotating drum made of food-grade stainless steel. A design without temperamental automation lasts for years: with regular maintenance there is simply nothing in it to break. The unit was built at our factory in Yekaterinburg, tested and sent to the customer with a full set of import documents — export clearance went through without delays. Since then Kazakhstan has become one of our regular delivery destinations: equipment goes there regularly, and this direction began with, among others, such practical projects — not large, but important for both sides.
