Homogenization is the finishing operation that turns reconstituted or reworked butter into a uniform, plastic product without grains or free moisture. A manufacturing company from Kazakhstan chose the GM butter homogenizer for this task, shipped by Milberg in May 2024.
The machine works and plasticizes the butter mass, distributing moisture evenly throughout the product. This is critical when processing butter blocks that are thawed and reworked beforehand: after the homogenizer the butter has an even, dense consistency and is fully ready for packing into consumer packaging.
The machine's capacity was agreed with the customer in advance to match its packing section; the unit was tested at the factory and shipped to Kazakhstan with a full set of technical documentation. Installation and connection were carried out by the company's own specialists following the recommendations provided, and start-up went without complications.
For the company this is an opportunity to expand its range — to produce packed butter of consistent quality from different raw materials, including seasonal stocks, and to pass retail chains' incoming inspection for consistency and appearance with confidence. Demand for such butter in the region is steady, and the equipment is in use all year round.
