Choosing the same supplier twice is a decision made only after a successful first experience. A dairy plant from the Kirov Region first came to us in June 2019: under the first contract the plant received an FMB butter packing machine and a process conveyor.

The machine took over packing butter into blocks: forming the portion and wrapping it in packaging material — a process that by hand requires a whole team and still does not give a consistent weight. The conveyor linked the packing section to the packaging area, eliminating manual carrying of the product. All the equipment was manufactured in Russia in 2019, which simplified both start-up and subsequent servicing.

The equipment ran through its first season without complaints, and in 2020 the plant signed a second contract with us — for an FMB-200 butter packing machine. Two contracts in two years: for us this is the strongest argument for the quality of our machines that the market can give.

Today the packing section of the Kirov plant is equipped with our machines, and blocks of consistent weight come off the line every day, shift after shift. Milberg is proud of exactly this kind of partnership — when after the first start-up a customer comes back not with a complaint but with a new order.
