Twice in two years a manufacturing company from Kazakhstan came back to us for butter-making equipment — and that is the best assessment of the first delivery. Cooperation began in August 2023, when under the first contract the company received an MI-400 batch butter churn and a 340-litre process trolley for moving product within the workshop.

The equipment was installed in the butter section: the MI-400 performs the full cycle — churning cream, separating buttermilk, washing and working the butter grains — and the stainless steel trolley is used for transferring butter and collecting buttermilk between operations.

When processing volumes grew, the company did not look for another supplier. In 2024, under the second contract, Milberg built and shipped to Kazakhstan an MI-1200 butter churn — a machine of the same design but with a 1,200-litre working capacity. The staff did not need retraining: the control and sanitation logic is identical to the model they had already mastered.

Today the company has two butter churns and can run different batches in parallel — for example, churning butter from sweet cream and from cultured cream on the same day. A repeat contract with increased capacity is exactly the scenario for which equipment is built with a reliability margin.
