A small private producer from Kazakhstan came to us with a clear goal: stop selling milk to processors and start making its own products — pasteurized milk, tvorog (quark) and young cheeses under its own brand.

The core of the workshop is a VDP-500 batch pasteurizer (long-time pasteurization vat). It is a versatile unit: it is used to pasteurize milk with holding at a set temperature, to ferment it, to make tvorog and to produce rennet cheeses. The set was completed with a manual curd harp for cutting the coagulum into grains and a drain filter that retains product particles when the whey is drawn off.

For a small workshop this set is particularly convenient: one 500 L unit covers several process operations, so there is no need to buy and accommodate a separate vessel for each of them. Basic training is enough for the operator — controlling heating and holding requires no special qualifications.

The equipment was manufactured and tested at the Milberg factory in Yekaterinburg and in February 2025 shipped to the customer in Kazakhstan with a full set of documents. Deliveries to EAEU countries are a well-established route for us: we prepare the customs and accompanying documents ourselves, and the customer only needs to accept the equipment and start production.
