Coming back to the same supplier is the best assessment of the first delivery. In July 2025 a production company from the Republic of Ingushetia received a VDP-500 batch pasteurizer from Milberg, and in 2026 it signed a second contract: the equipment had confirmed its stated performance in daily operation.
The company is developing milk processing and was looking for a versatile vessel capable of handling several processes: pasteurization, warming mixes, holding at a set temperature and making cultured dairy products. The 500 L batch pasteurizer covers all of these operations: the jacket provides gentle, even heating without burn-on, the agitator keeps the temperature uniform throughout the volume, and mode control makes it possible to hold pasteurization time and temperature precisely.
For southern regions with well-developed dairy farming this equipment format is especially convenient: several cycles can be run on one vat per shift, working with different products — from pasteurized drinking milk to cultured mixes for cheese and traditional fermented milk drinks.
The repeat contract in 2026 is an indicator that matters more than any advertising promise: the customer tested the equipment in real operation and came back for the next unit.
