A Moscow manufacturing company was expanding its dry-mix preparation area and was looking for a mixer that would distribute ingredients evenly without damaging product particles and without the risk of cross-contamination between recipes.
In February 2024 a V-blender was shipped from Yekaterinburg to Moscow. Its working body consists of two inclined shells joined in the shape of a letter V: as the body rotates, the product is continuously split into two streams and recombined, so that even small additions are evenly distributed throughout the whole batch.
The design, with no fast-wearing internal agitators, makes the unit easy to maintain: inside there is only smooth polished stainless steel that is easy to clean and inspect. This matters for food production with frequent recipe changes, where traces of different batches must not mix.
The blender took its place in the process chain between the raw material store and packing and eliminated manual mixing in the area: the composition of each batch is now determined by loading according to the recipe, not by how careful a particular operator is. For the company this means reproducible product quality and trouble-free internal and external production audits.
