A dairy plant in the Tambov Region bought an MT-200 milk taxi from us — a case where a "farm" machine proved useful to a processing company. The plant runs its own livestock complex, and for a long time calf feeding there was organized the old way: churns, buckets and milk that cooled on the way.

The MT-200 is a mobile 200-litre tank with heating, an agitator and dosed dispensing. Milk is brought to feeding temperature right in the tank, the agitator keeps the fat content uniform, and the dispensing gun measures out the ration for each calf. One worker goes round the calf barn with the taxi instead of carrying churns.

The machine was delivered in September 2021. The tank is made of food-grade stainless steel and designed for daily washing — sanitary requirements at a dairy plant are strict, and the taxi meets them without reservation.

The plant benefits twice over: young stock get warm milk exactly to the ration and grow more evenly, and the labour spent on feeding has been cut to a single pass through the calf barn. A small item, but it covered an area that usually gets overlooked when the main production is being modernized. For a plant with its own herd, such "small" items ultimately serve its main resource — the quality and volume of its own raw milk.
