The MT-200 milk taxi is equipment that rarely stands out in equipment lists, yet it largely determines the health of the future herd. In April 2020 we supplied one to a manufacturing company in the Yaroslavl Region.

The company keeps a dairy herd, and before the purchase calf feeding was organized the old way: milk was carried in buckets, temperature was judged by touch and portions by eye. Every livestock farmer knows the outcome: fluctuations in temperature and feed volume harm young stock's digestion.

The MT-200 solves all three problems at once. The 200-litre heated tank brings milk or replacer to the set temperature and holds it there, the agitator keeps it uniform, and the dosing gun gives each calf an exact portion. The unit moves along the farm alleys on wheels — one operator feeds all the young stock quickly and without heavy manual work.

We manufactured and tested the milk taxi at our factory in Yekaterinburg and then delivered it to the customer together with documentation and recommendations on cleaning and sanitation. Simple as it is, the equipment noticeably changed the farm's daily routine: feeding became fast, accurate and the same on every shift, whoever is working that day.
