Diversifying processing is common practice for a strong farm: in addition to its dairy operation, a family farm in the Kurgan Region is developing processing of meat from its own fattening stock. This section needed an industrial meat grinder instead of household machines not designed for workshop loads.
In May 2023 the farm received an industrial meat grinder. The item is not part of our core dairy catalogue, but it was manufactured and configured for the customer's needs — Milberg works with stainless steel food equipment, and the requirements for a meat workshop are the same: hygiene, service life and ease of cleaning.
Industrial design differs fundamentally from household design: the heavy-duty drive is built for hours of operation without overheating, the auger and cutting set for serious volumes of mince, and all contact parts are made of stainless steel approved for food contact.
For the farm this means it can produce semi-finished products and sausages from its own raw material, selling not a carcass but a value-added product. A single supplier for the dairy and meat sections simplifies both service and spare-parts supply, and the farm itself becomes more resilient: its income no longer depends on a single type of product.
